Plated with creamed corn & John's black beans with secret spices, and accompanied by a mixed spring greens salad and Suzanne's cornbread.

Dessert: Erin's Banana Cake

Note: all dinner selections made in-house by Commodore Scott, Staff Commodore Howard Weiss, & Galley Manager Suzanne. Gluten free except dessert.

$25/person if registered and paid in advance by Sunday, 26 August. $30/person at the door if available (extremely limited quantities).
