"Operative Giacinta 'Jinx' Johnson" alias "Miss Swift":

Scott's hot-smoked salmon w/tzatkiki sauce & a double-secret Asian-inspired glaze
    OR
Suzanne's spinach & chevre-stuffed portobello mushroom (vegetarian)

Plated with coconut-infused rice & roasted broccoli, accompanied by a mixed spring greens salad and dinner rolls.

Dessert: Chocolate Ganache Tartlets

Note: all dinner selections made in-house by Commodore Scott & Galley Manager Suzanne. Gluten free except rolls & dessert.

$25/person if registered and paid in advance by Sunday, 26 August. $30/person at the door if available (extremely limited quantities).
